5.1 The Committee received evidence from Lesley Griffiths AM, Cabinet Secretary for Energy, Planning and Rural Affairs.

5.2 The Chair invited the Cabinet Secretary for Energy, Planning and Rural Affairs to share any additional views with the Committee to inform its report on the UK Agriculture Bill.

5.3 The Cabinet Secretary for Energy, Planning and Rural Affairs agreed to share the correspondence from the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP regarding the World Trade Organization (WTO) arrangements with the Committee as soon as it is received.
