2.1 Members noted that the Committee had resolved, in private session in its last meeting, to establish a Task and Finish Group to consider the outlook for the media in Wales. The Task and Finish Group would hold its first meeting on 13 October.

3.3 WLGA agreed to provide a note on the possible universal duty or guidance on Police and Crime Commissioners.

Agreement of future Committee inquiry

Minutes:

5.1 The Committee agreed the next inquiry would investigate the provision of affordable housing in Wales.

 

5.2 The Committee agreed the Terms of Reference for the inquiry.

6.1 The Committee noted the timescales for committee consideration of the Government’s draft budget.
