Minutes:
5.1 The Committee considered the evidence it had heard in the previous session.
5.2 It agreed to write to the Minister for Education and Welsh Language with some follow points and to the WLGA for some further information on a specific point.
5.3 It also agreed that some further scoping work would be undertaken on some wider points raised during the session.

1.1 The Committee discussed the next steps for the work its carrying out on education reforms. Members agreed the following:
- to visit some secondary schools in the spring/summer terms;
- to target some stakeholders to respond to the consultation;
- to get some feedback from outside Wales from higher education institutions on the new curriculum; and
- To plan to have the next formal check-in session in April/May 2023

Minutes:
2.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Education and Welsh Language.
2.2 The Committee agreed to write to the Minister regarding tracking the figures on the balance of pupils on IDPs, how many are maintained by schools and how many are maintained by the local authority list, and also the number of pupils who are on the old SEN register and who are now being supported under the new ALN system.
