The Business Committee also agreed to refer the revised LCM on the Non-Domestic Rating (Lists) Bill to the EIS and LJC Committees but, as the Bill is being held in abeyance indefinitely in Westminster, did not set a reporting deadline.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in the Non-Domestic Rating (Lists) Bill in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 19 June 2019 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in the Non-Domestic Rating (Lists) Bill in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 19 June 2019 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.

The motion was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.
