On 5 November 2019 the Business Committee agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 21.4A(ii), that the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee should report to the Assembly on the Rural Affairs (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) (EU Exit) (No.3) Regulations 2019 by 21 November 2019.
