We need to ensure that, as far as possible, all children are safe at all times.  It is their right. Wenowenit to them.

The sooner it becomes illegal, the sooner our children will begin to feel safe in any environment

I cant imagine there woukd be any barriers, so I cannot comment

because I truly feel there shouldnt be any barriers

Iapologies for appearing negative, but I have no idea what financial implicationsnthere woukd be.
