No person either adult or child should be subject to physical assault especially as part of a legal code of reasonability. If an adult were subject to such behaviour criminal proceedings would follow.

1.3     Do you think there is a need for legislation to deliver what this Bill is trying to achieve?

Yes. Only the force of law will ensure that this will happen.
