Welsh assembly should not be creating, amending or removing any part of law or defence of a parent who choose how and when they discipline their child. Welsh Government should act for the Welsh economy and remove themselves from the personal lives of Welsh people. This is not a nanny state and nor should it. A slapped bum did me no harm, will the government be placing naughty steps every 100 metres in public?

Yes, social services are already stretched, parents who suffer under this bill may face special guardianship orders from family courts and children removed for the parent doing the right thing when finding out their 13 year old has been terrorising the community.
Foster care services are in no way ready for this bill or the concequences of it.

This bill over reaches the power of devolved government. I propose a bill to ban assembly members and devolution in general.
