The principles involved in the bill assumes that the responsibility for child discipline should be removed from parents, so i cannot support the bill.

No. there is already suficienr protection for children from abuse. The lawa does not need to be changed.

if the bill were to be implemented it would place a intolerable burden on the police and courts. This would mean that real abuse wpuld t esape attention.
