I am not for or against. I do not smack my kids but was punished like this as a child.
I believe in most suituations a parent should make their own decision as it's starting to feel like it's me , my husband and the government all parenting my child.
Things I would like thought about,
There are huge issues with teenage behaviour today as they seem to have a " I'm untouchable attitude"
There is a difference between wacking a child and a tap on the hand.
