02	No Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is  complexed and this includes our understanding. I feel that the bill should solely be focused on ASD and be tailored to just this condition.  I advise for a seperate bill to accommodate thise with other neuro development
03	Yes Yes. However,  specialist provisions such as Autism Spectrum Cymru (High Street 21) should also br involved. University South Wales, Newport, have a fantastic ASD research provision and these academics should be involved,  such as Dr Carmel Conn.
