Yes |
03 |
Yes But the Police need to be added as they clearly have no idea about autism and how to treat anyone with this condition and follow the local authority rather than the guidance laid down and existing protocols and regulations re POVA DOLS, Butler Sloss, Capacity Laws and the use of Independent Intermediaries and in our case, were not willing to help after clearing us to get our daughter back or take any action against the Carers responsible for extreme false allegations of sexual assault or the social workers involved and have to date not yet instigated a Safeguarding Investigation which is a statutory requirement (See Carina Burn Sunday Express) leaving all these people to carry on working with vulnerable people and despite requests to the Welsh Assembly nothing has yet been done. |
04 |
Yes As previously explained the Local Authority need to be regulated and NHS are too willing not to help vulnerable autistic people -A friend's adult autistic daughter has been left to starve to death and her parents are watching her fade away as doctors do n |
05 |
The Welsh Assembly need to be given a final date so that they cannot drag this out as it requires an extensive amount of money to put all these resources into effect. I believe 6 months is long enough after all the Bill has been prepared for them |

I hope this guidance will be obligatory and not just a guidance that can be over ruled as happened with other protocols |
07 |
No it should start immediately after it is agreed to |

Police Doctors Teachers |

Yes they need advocates to communicate for them if parents are unable to do so as paid carers are not always working in their best interests |
13 |
Yes |
14 |
If they need hospital treatment , they should not be made to wait for hours and their files should be marked with a red star to show that they are autistic and all disabilities should be marked with some sort of coloured marker on the front of the file so |
15 |
It should be written on the Bill. And allowances should be made to add others to this when and where appropriate |
16 |
Yes If the person agrees to this. |
17 |
It should happen all the time. |
18 |
Yes good if followed to the letter with no hiding places and if Local Authorities and Police are answerable to higher authority within the Welsh Assembly and UK Parliament - I see no evidence of this at present. |

My daughter is frightened to go out with anyone else now and I am frightened to let her. Our whole life has been ruined by 2 Carers and Social Services and these people are still out there Although we have had written admissions of wrongdoing from Polic |
