Summary of issues discussed:

The emergency AGM was held at short notice in order to appoint a Chair and Secretary for the CPG group.

The new rules for the operation of CPGs came into force at the beginning of the autumn term in September 2013. The rules require that CPGs hold an AGM within 12 months of registration.

The group intended to hold their AGM on 6 May 2014; the meeting was changed to an OGM during the meeting due to a full agenda and several apologies from Assembly Members.
