CLA327 - The Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 (Modification of Enactments and other Provisions) Order 2013

Procedure: Affirmative

This Order makes modifications to enactments which are considered appropriate in connection with the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 (“the Measure”). This Order also makes saving provision which appears appropriate in connection with the Measure.

CLA330 - The Home Energy Efficiency Schemes (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013

Procedure:  Negative

These Regulations amend the Home Energy Efficiency Schemes (Wales) Regulations 2011to ensure that individuals currently eligible for a package of home energy improvements under the Nest Scheme continue to be eligible for support when they are transferred to Universal Credit as a result of Welfare Reform and changes to Council Tax Benefit.

The Regulations also remove the current exception applying to householders occupying a property under a shared-equity scheme
