1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
1.2 The Chair thanked Delyth Jewell AM for her work on the Committee and welcomed Dai Lloyd AM to his first meeting as a member of the Committee.

6.1 The Committee agreed the approach to its inquiry on electoral systems and boundaries.
6.2 The Committee agreed to undertake a visit as part of its inquiry, and to write to the Business Committee to seek permission to do so.
7.1 The Committee considered its forward work programme, and agreed to publish its programme for the coming term.
