1       Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest

1.1     The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

1.2     Apologies were received from Delyth Jewell and Dai Lloyd attended as substitute.

1.3     Apologies were received from Mandy Jones.

1.4     Huw Irranca-Davies declared an interest as Chair of the European Advisory Group, Chair of the Wales Programme Monitoring Committee, and Chair of the Regional Investment Steering Group.

6.1        Members considered and noted the following agreements:

6.1.1   UK/Switzerland: Transitional Agreement on Social Security for a Temporary Period following the Withdrawal of the UK; and

6.1.2   Economic Partnership Agreement between the Southern African Customs Union and Mozambique and the UK.
