2       Senedd and Elections (Wales) Bill: Further evidence session

2.1 The Committee took evidence from Jeremy Miles AM, Counsel General; Christopher Warner, Deputy Director – Constitution and Justice; and Matthew Denham-Jones, Deputy Director – Financial Controls, on the Senedd and Elections (Wales) Bill.

3.1 The Committee took evidence from Elin Jones AM, Llywydd; Anna Daniel, Head of Strategic Transformation, National Assembly for Wales; Manon Antoniazzi, Chief Executive and Clerk to the Assembly, National Assembly for Wales; and Nia Morgan, Director of Finance, on the Senedd and Elections (Wales) Bill.

5.1 Mark Reckless excused himself from this item and did not contribute to the Committee’s report on further scrutiny of the financial implications of the Bill.

6.1 The Committee agreed the draft report.



7       Scoping paper: Impact of variations in National and Sub-national taxes

7.1 The Committee considered the scoping paper and agreed the terms of reference for the inquiry.



8       Welsh Government Draft Budget 2020-21: Approach to scrutiny

8.1 The Committee agreed the revised approach to scrutiny for the Welsh Government Draft Budget 2020-21.
