3.1 Tim Stone, Jane Carpenter, Daryl Jones and Mark Harris answered questions from Committee Members

3.2 Jane Carpenter Redrow Homes and Daryl Jones Persimmon Homes have agreed to provide further details on the proportion of people they are employing and subcontracting from within Wales on the Wales house building and also potentially within the Valleys area.

Redrow Homes and Persimmon Homes have also agreed to provide the committee with further details on the diversity programme and the apprenticeship levy.
