The Committee noted the correspondence on food procurement in the public sector from the Welsh Local Government Association.



4.2   Correspondence with the Cabinet Secretary for Finance on public procurement of food

The Committee noted the correspondence on food procurement in the public sector from the Welsh Government.



4.3   Letter from the Cabinet Secretary for Energy, Planning and Rural Affairs on Bovine TB

The Committee noted the update on Bovine TB from the Welsh Government and agreed to seek further clarification on an issue raised in the letter.



5       Motion under Standing Order 17.42(vi) to resolve to exclude the public from Items 6, 7 and 8 of this meeting.

The motion was agreed.



6       Air quality - private presentation from the British Lung Foundation and Swansea University

Haf Elgar, Professor Paul Lewis and Joseph Carter answered questions from the Committee on their presentation on air quality in Wales.



7       Discussion of the draft short report 'Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Transport - General and budget Scrutiny'

The Committee agreed the text of the short report, with one amendment.
