1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

2.1 The papers were noted.
3.1 The Committee took evidence from Denise Inger, Chief Executive Director, SNAP Cymru and Caroline Rawson, Assistant Director, SNAP Cymru on the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill.
4.1 The Committee took evidence from Alun Davies AM, Minister for Lifelong Learning and Welsh Language; Emma Williams, Senior Responsible Officer, Welsh Government; Tania Nicholson, Head of Additional Learning Needs Legislative Programme, Welsh Government; and Charlie Thomas, Head of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Transformation, Welsh Government on the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill.
4.2 The Minister agreed to provide a breakdown of the ‘sunk costs’ that were removed from the revised Regulatory Impact Assessment.
5.1 The motion was agreed.
6.1 The Committee considered the evidence received.
7.1 The item was postponed until Wednesday 27 September 2017.
8.1 The Committee considered a paper on the recruitment of the Auditor General for Wales.
