1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

1.2 Apologies were received from Lynne Neagle AM and Julie Morgan AM and Suzy Davies AM substituted for Julie Morgan AM.



2       Use of antipsychotic medication in care homes - evidence session 14 - Social Care Wales

2.1 The Committee received evidence from Gerry Evans, Social Care Wales.



3       Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting

3.1 The Committee agreed the motion.

4.1 The Committee considered the evidence given during item 2 of the meeting.



5       Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Bill - technical briefing and consideration of approach to Stage 1 scrutiny (subject to introduction)

5.1 The Committee received a briefing on the Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Bill from Tracy Breheney, Deputy Director Substance Misuse Policy, Beverley Morgan, Bill Manager, Bethan Roberts, Legal Services Department and Janine Hale, Principal Research Officer.
