Point of Order
Andrew RT Davies raised a point of order concerning the accuracy of comments made by Members on other Members’ comments in the media. The Presiding Officer ruled that all Members are responsible for ensuring that their contributions are accurate and asked the Member concerned to read the Record and reconsider his comments.

The Presiding Officer announced that a ballot would be held on 19 October 2011 under Standing Order 26.87 to determine the name of an Assembly Member who may, if the Assembly agrees, introduce their own Bill.
