The Chair welcomed the Committee. There were no apologies.
The Committee heard evidence from the Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Culture.
The Cabinet Secretary agreed to provide a note on the specific financial provision in relation to the number of children potentially eligible for statutory professional advocacy provision.
The Committee scrutinised Qualifications Wales on their Annual Report.
The paper was noted.
The Motion was agreed.
The Committee considered and agreed the approach to the Bill.
The Committee considered the LCM, a draft report would be considered at the next meeting.
