1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members and members of the public to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies for absence were received from Gwenda Thomas AM and Jocelyn Davies AM. John Griffiths AM substituted for Gwenda Thomas AM, and Bethan Jenkins AM substituted for Jocelyn Davies AM, in accordance with Standing Order 17.48.
2 Historic Environment (Wales) Bill: evidence session 4 - Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales
2.1 The Committee received evidence from:
· Christopher Catling, Chief Executive
· Jonathan Hudson, Commissioner
· David Thomas, Head of Public Services
2.2 The Royal Commission on the Ancient Historical Monuments of Wales agreed to provide further information on the work it was undertaking to identify chapels and churches at risk of becoming redundant, with a view to working with chapel societies to find suitable alternative uses.
3 Historic Environment (Wales) Bill: evidence session 5 - National Trust Wales
3.1 The Committee received evidence from:
