1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members and members of the public
1.2 The Chair announced that Alun Davies and Gwenda Thomas have been elected to this Committee
1.3 The Chair thanked Leighton Andrews and Jenny Rathbone for their work and contribution to this Committee.

2 Gender-based Violence, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (Wales) Bill: Evidence Session 4 (third sector)
2.1 The committee received evidence
from:
Eleri Butler, Chief Executive, Welsh Women’s Aid;
Mwenya Chimba, Director, Violence Against Women, BAWSO;
Cathy Owens,Violence Against Women Action Group.
· Welsh Women’s Aid agreed to provide the Committee with further details of performance indicators that they believe should be used to measure progress towards achievement of the purposes of the Act
3 Gender-based Violence, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (Wales) Bill: Evidence Session 5 (third sector)
3.1 The committee received evidence from:
Frances Beecher, Chief Executive Officer, Llamau;
Bernie Bowen-Thomson, Deputy Chief Executive, Safer Wales;
Gwilym Roberts, Chief Executive, Relate Cymru;
Johanna Robinson, Wales National Development Manager, The Survivor’s Trust Wales.
· Relate agreed to provide the Committee with the report ‘Young People, Sex and Relationships The New Norms’ published by Relate and the Institute for Public Policy Research IPPR.
· The Survivor’s Trust Wales agreed to provide the Committee with further details of performance indicators that they believe should be used to measure progress towards achievement of the purposes of the Act.
