Alun Davies raised a Point of Order in relation to opportunities for Members to scrutinise Designated Members appointed under the Co-operation Agreement between the Welsh Government and Plaid Cymru. The Llywydd agreed to give further consideration to the matter raised and noted that the Co-operation Agreement would be the subject of scrutiny in the Committee for the Scrutiny of the First Minister the following week.

1. Establishes a Wales COVID-19 inquiry special purpose committee.
2. Agrees that the remit of the committee is:
a) to identify where the UK COVID-19 inquiry is not able to fully scrutinise the response of the Welsh Government and Welsh public bodies to the COVID-19 pandemic;
b) to undertake an inquiry into the areas identified;
3. Agrees that the committee will be dissolved no later than December 2024 following a Plenary debate on its final report.
