1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
The Chair, David Rees MS, welcomed Members and witnesses to the meeting. Apologies were received from Paul Davies MS and Llyr Gruffydd MS; Sam Rowlands MS and Delyth Jewell MS substituted for them, respectively. Jenny Rathbone declared an interest as a shareholder of Awel Ltd.

The Committee scrutinised the First Minister on policy relating to the cost of living.
