The Committee noted that the Minister had responded to its reports on the previous Legislative Consent Memoranda on the Bill, and that the Plenary debate on the Legislative Consent Motion on the Bill was scheduled to take place on Tuesday 14 December 2021.

8       Briefing note on international agreements

The Committee considered the following international agreements:

 

·         UK/Ukraine Official Credit Support for the Development of the Capabilities of the Ukrainian Navy;

·         UK/Kenya Defence Cooperation Agreement;

and agreed to consider its draft report on the agreements at the next meeting.

The Committee received an oral update on common frameworks. The Committee agreed to invite the Counsel General to give evidence on the common frameworks at a future meeting.
