1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Standards of Conduct Committee. There were no declarations of interest.
2 Procedure for dealing with complaints against Members of the Senedd - draft consultation
2.1 The Committee considered and agreed the draft Procedure for Dealing with Complaints against Members of the Senedd.
2.2 The Committee agreed to issue the consultation at the beginning of the new year.
3 Scoping paper on inquiry into lobbying
3.1 The Committee considered a scoping paper for its inquiry into lobbying.
3.2 The Committee agreed to consider a draft consultation document in the new year.
3.3 The Committee agreed to issue this consultation once the consultation on the Procedure for Dealing with Complaints against Members of the Senedd has closed.
4 Correspondence from the Chief Executive of Standing Order 3 on recording the employment of family members with the support of Commission funds
4.1 The Committee noted the correspondence from the Chief Executive of the Senedd Commission and agreed to respond requesting further information.
5 Consider a report from the Commissioner for Standards in accordance with Standing Order 22.2(i)
