Motion to Suspend Standing Orders

To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Orders 33.6 and 33.8:
Suspends Standing Order 12.20(i) and that part of Standing Order 11.16 that requires the weekly announcement under Standing Order 11.11 to constitute the timetable for business in Plenary for the following week, to allow NNDM7817 to be considered in Plenary on Tuesday, 2 November 2021.
8 Supplementary Legislative Consent Motion on the Environment Bill

To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6, agrees that provisions of the Environment Bill relating to single use material, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the Senedd, should be considered by the UK Parliament.
A Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 28 October 2021 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
